I was sitting on the couch and I had closed my eyes for a moment in prayer. I was met with a vision of the Lord with both arms raised in the air. In His hands he held the earth. In an instant He was gone, the earth fell broke apart almost in the same fashion as you could break an egg. As the earth split into two pieces, there was an outpouring of what was inside. There was a dark black tar like substance that flowed downward, and it looked like it had taken up about three quarters of the inside volume. There was also a softer, golden flowing substance that flowed out toward the top and began to stream out and cover as much as it was able. No matter how much it wanted to, it couldn’t cover all of the tar like liquid. It was outnumbered in volume.
Then the Lord put it on my heart that the world will soon be divided, much more than it already is. You’ll be pressed from every angle and as you’re squeezed, whats inside you will eventually come out for all to see. You’ll be broken and your motivations and inner truth of your heart will be exposed.
So many of us think that because we look, act, talk, or believe a certain way that we are in good standing. We think that others are so much worse in their behavior that we couldn’t possibly be in danger of not making the cut for heaven or needing repentance. I truly believe that what he showed me was that no matter how many of you think you’re “golden”, there is a much greater chance that you are filled with tar and you don’t even know it or realize it. Now is the time to turn from your sins. Now is the time for true repentance.
Now is the time for the luke warm to boil or to be spit out.
Matthew 15:11
Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.
Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.
Proverbs 21:2
A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart

James 3:10-12
10 Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. 11 Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? 12 My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.

Matthew 16:26 - For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Revelation 3:15-16
15 I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.
